I Banged Again

OH. MY. LANTA. IT WAS SO MUCH BETTER THE SECOND TIME AROUND. This time, I knew what I was doing and had some experience under my belt (lol) and enjoyed it much more. Honestly, it was my partners fault the first time…. They really let me down. I heard stories of how great it could be, but the first time I banged I was left deflated. NOT THIS TIME. My new partner showed me the way, and this is my story.

Did you think I was talking about something else? Nope, I meant this crazy LSD looking can full of energy drink goodness. I read the comments on my last Bang post and I thought what the heck, I might as well give it another chance. I’ve asked other people their opinion on which flavor is the best and also those in the comments. They all mentioned a flavor they thought would have been better than the purple haze disgrace I tried last time. The results were unanimous with Rainbow Unicorn being the way to go and I’m here to tell you, they were right.

I think this energy drink is why people are buying these things, the flavor was great along with a good boost of both mental and physical energy that can last through the toughest part of your day. Unlike the last one, this drink worked for me. I felt energized for my long shift at work and felt good afterwards. There was no crash and it didn’t make my heart beat a million miles an hour, so it was a good middle ground from the stuff I’ve tried so far. And comparing it to the last Bang I drank, this is nothing like it. I honestly think the last one was a bad egg. I don’t know if I was so hung up over the flavor of the purple haze or if it was just a bad batch or something, but this one was far better.

Side note: I noticed something I thought was really interesting. These Bang energy drinks are owned by the same company that makes the Redline Xtreme which would technically make this one a cousin to the Xtreme. A more mentally stable cousin that is. The Redline Xtreme is still the most potent thing I’ve drank thus far…

I think I would rate this version of the Bang Energy an 8/10. It was a legit energy drink this time around that gave me a good boost, great flavor, and no crash at the end of the day. This one definitely changed my perspective on what this drink could be and I look forward to the next time I Bang.
